What the service covers

The crew handles approved items from inside the apartment through loading, hauling and disposal. Common loads include furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, boxes, bagged household items and small amounts of move-out debris. Full-unit cleanouts and smaller pickups are both possible; the quote should define the approved scope.

Why apartment access matters

Apartment cleanouts have constraints that a driveway pickup does not. Floor level, stair width, elevator dimensions, hallway turns, gate access, parking distance and building time windows all change the labor and timing. Sharing those details early produces a more useful estimate.

What happens to the items

The operator reports making an effort to donate or recycle items when possible. That is an effort, not a guarantee: charities and recyclers set their own acceptance rules, and condition matters. Items that cannot be reused or recycled are taken to an appropriate disposal destination.

What is not assumed
